Nick Gorton, MD,
Nick Gorton is a gay and transgender physician. In addition to his Emergency Medicine practice, he volunteers weekly as a primary care provider for transgender patients at Lyon-Martin Health Services. He is a lead clinician for TransLine the National Clinical Consultation Line. He has worked as a medical consultant for the Transgender Law Center, the Sylvia Rivera Law Project, the New York Legal Aid Society, the ACLU, the Northwest Justice Project, Lambda Legal, and the NCLR. He is an active member of WPATH.
